I am a certified Yoga teacher.

I did my 200h teacher training course in New York City, at Three Sisters Yoga – a registered Yoga school (RYS)
I teach individuals privately, and offer classes in a workshop setting.

When I started to practice Yoga I was mainly seeking to improve my physicality, get a more flexible body, and to get a deeper understanding of my body’s anatomy. But I found so much more than that on my journey of practice… Along with the higher awareness of my own body, mind and breath, I got in touch with my inner strength and my inner calmness. I have found the importance of acknowledging the moment, and to approach the balance and harmony my body and mind desire.

We live in a time where many individuals are unaware, or do not wish to acknowledge that the speed of out lives and the imbalance in our lifestyle has an important impact on our physical, mental, and spiritual health. I find that practicing Yoga on a regular basis restores vibrant health and balance to my life.

There are many physical and mental benefits that comes with practicing Yoga regularly. Such as: Flexibility, strength, improved breathing, pain prevention, calmness of the mind, stress reduction, higher body awareness and.. (my favourite) a happier sense of self!
